Does submitting a request reserve my date?
No; I review your request and contact you to confirm details and provide a quote. Your date is reserved once the 50% non-refundable retainer is received.
Where do I pick up my cookies?
Pick up is in Diamond Bar, California, 91765. Custom cookie order pickups usually take place Friday-Sunday; specific details are arranged with me.
Will I receive a digital mockup?
Digital mockups are created after the retainer is received and require at least two weeks between retainer receipt and the event.
Can I send inspiration photos?
Yes. Share photos or your invitation to help explain your colors and style. I cannot copy and paste a photo, but I will work with you to create your desired image within my creative style!
What if you are not available for my event weekend but you are the weekend before?
You can utilize the freezing method! I do this for my own kids' parties and know it is a tried and true method. Check out my instagram for a detailed video of what the freezing method entails. Essentially, you can freeze cookies for up to 3 months in advance and they stay as soft as the day you put them in.
I need to book a specific date, but your calendar doesn't show it yet. What do I do?
I only accept orders maximum 3 months in advance. The next month opens on the first of every month so please check back when it is 3 months before!
